This guide presents an outline for a sane and holistic consciousnessbased education. My educational approach starts from what is not from what should be not from an ideal thus but from the actual constitution of the human being with all the complexity inherent in it. I contend that children are born sane and are rendered more or less insane by an educational system that till now considers the human being as the impossible human that is a creature that is basically faulty and has to be improved and upgraded by education and morality. My view opposes this patriarchal educational paradigm and shows that traditional education brings about fragmentation ignorance and widespread violence. I further contend that a sane educational approach is functional and not moralistic and it must overcome the neoplatonic dualism that is rooted in the death instinct rather than in ourlibido. As the child is whole by nature education does not really need to do anything for raising healthy humans. It should rather restrain from doing many things it usually does and that are counterproductive to raising children sanely. The sane educator is one who is able to maintain a healthy balance between emotions and intellect. He will be an observer rather than a manager a witness rather than a judge a friend rather than a parent replacement. He accompanies the child as a guide a tutor. I equally contend that the vibrant natural child assumes characteristics that are rather contrary to what is generally considered to be normal in our days. This must be so because the standards set for the education of our children are not childoriented but industryoriented. They serve consumer culture first of all and the child if ever only in second instance they are intended to serve technological progress and therefore are forged to bringing about the consumer child not the sane child. Hence the natural child is blacklisted on this agenda because a healthy child is by nature a bad consumer. For natural children the body plays the most important role in selfexpression and primarily in expressing affection love and tenderness. For the natural child it is normal to be sensual without complying with a set concept of sexuality as it is part of our culture and of any culture but as a code inherent in spontaneous selfexpression. Why do most adults not understand child sexuality Because they project upon it their conditioned mindset and their for the most part distorted opinions about something they callsex or otherwise. While sensuality is not a conditioned soup but comes with birth and is a natural outflow of sensation. More we sense more we are alive more we are sensual That is why children are highly sensual by nature and only by repression and denial in the black mask of what we call education are they gradually rendered nonsensual dull and alienated from their bodies. Loving education as I outline it in this guide refuses to condition the child according to social ideals because they mutilate the natural integrity and wholeness of the child. Institutional education does not serve the child but the system it does not recognize the existence of individual and individually gifted children. For mass education there is a quantity of humans to be educated and not a variety of unique individuals. Life education as I call the approach taken in this guide opposes moralistic education because moralitybased education serves the dominator culture not the child. Dogmabased education molds the child after the adult role model as a social ideal and thus after the values valid for a majority.
